THE ROLE

• Collaborate with Enterprise and Domain Architects, as well as your fellow brilliant architects, to create top-notch solution architectures for upcoming digital initiatives.
• Leverage your in-depth knowledge of digital technologies, working closely with the in-house engineering team, key vendors, and partners, to design detailed solutions that guide implementation.
• Take ownership of your projects and tackle every technical challenge alongside your awesome squad, ensuring successful production releases.
• Be a driving force behind the continued growth by providing expert technical recommendations and guidance.
• Govern solution architectures, ensuring they meet high-quality standards.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the quality and ongoing performance of delivered solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong hands-on software development skills (although software development is not a core part of this role). You're well-versed in modern software technologies and practices, including Microservice Architecture, Serverless, REACT, Python, Java, JavaScript, and .NET.
• Demonstrable experience in the Digital B2C space, with a focus on mobile application architecture and solutions in both native and hybrid environments. You're well-versed in mobile application security patterns and best practices.
• In-depth working knowledge of digital platforms such as Customer IAM, CRM, Marketing Campaign, CMS, and eCommerce platforms.
• Strong technical expertise in serverless technologies like ADF, Logic apps, and Azure Functions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics and an understanding of their core components in the digital space.
• Retail experience is a bonus that will make you shine!
• Experience in mobile app development and creating innovative features.
• Ability to design and implement frictionless transaction processes, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
• Familiarity with monitoring systems that simplify transaction processes.
• Experience with online ordering systems for exceptional customer service.
• Exceptional ability to convey complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
• Skill in simplifying seemingly complex business requirements into elegant solutions, collaborating with in-house engineers and delivery partners.
