Are you a master of delivering awesomeness? We're seeking a super-talented Expert Delivery Lead who can sprinkle their magic across various exciting projects within the Product space. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Master of Project Delivery

• Define project scope and schedule with a focus on delivering value like a pro
• Handle risks and issues like a superhero, and get things back on track when plans go off course
• Craft delivery schedules like a wizard, coordinating multiple work streams across different teams and squads
• Be the go-to consultant, putting the right people, processes, and tools in place for optimal team efficiency

Budget Ninja

• Work closely with the Product Owner to keep the project within budget (no overspending, please!)
• Understand the impact of decisions on cost, time, and quality, and guide the project accordingly

Super Coordinator

• Make sure all the necessary business areas are involved and working together harmoniously
• Maintain and update project schedules using your trusty toolset
• Tackle scope, issues, constraints, risks, and changes head-on throughout the project's lifecycle

Seamless Transition Master

• Ensure a smooth transition to production and create a plan for ongoing support
• Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors and contractors like a pro

Collaboration Expert

• Facilitate information exchange, discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution using agile best practices
• Encourage collaboration, alignment, and knowledge sharing between teams
• Engage stakeholders to embrace new ways of working and maximize project success

Innovation Champion

• Support ongoing development and experimentation, always seeking innovative solutions
• Keep the teams focused on the end goal while identifying areas for improvement
• Introduce methods and tools to drive change and boost efficiency like a trendsetting guru

Agile Coach Extraordinaire

• Train and coach teams to embrace agile tools, techniques, and practices
• Boost performance and ensure successful outcomes for both customers and the business

Workshop Maestro

• Lead ideation sessions and other fun workshops to generate creative ideas
