The Role

We are seeking a Vice President of Engineering - R&D Innovation Leader to join the team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Delivery Engineering, to drive innovation within the R&D function. We are looking for an experienced professional with a background in commercial software, a deep understanding of application packaging, and the ability to lead a team of 70+ individuals. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the entire R&D function, with a touch of program management.
