As part of your role, you will provide coaching and mentoring at scale to enable cultural, behavioural, structural and procedural uplift of organisational ways of working and an environment where people will strive to continually improve.

A day in the Life…Everyday will be different but some of the key things you will do are:

Lead and coach for high performance through dashboards, cadences & collaboration
Facilitate ceremonies building capability toward self-sufficiency
Facilitate the creation of Objectives & Key Results to drive measured outcomes
Coach and inspire positive attitudes towards failure and a culture of learning building trust and psychological safety
Create and deliver high value and interactive training
Optimise the use of agile tools to facilitate productivity
Drives a ‘feedback culture’ within the organisation, leading by example
